Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using 1 Tap Cut (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Using the service

You must be at least 13 years old to use 1 Tap Cut. You’re responsible for the footage you import and the content you create, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Your content

You retain all rights to the footage and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the editing features you request. We do not claim ownership of your videos and do not use them to train AI models.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don’t use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Tap Cut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
