Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Louperkos Investments Ltd (Cyprus company number HE 451009), which operates 1 Tap Cut under the KallosSoft developer brand. By downloading, accessing, or using 1 Tap Cut (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Using the service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use 1 Tap Cut. You’re responsible for the footage you import and the content you create, and for keeping your device secure. 1 Tap Cut is available for iOS and Android. Neither app has an email, password, or social sign-in account; each creates a pseudonymous installation identity to authenticate private-cloud requests and associate usage with that installation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

1 Tap Cut does not currently offer paid plans on any platform, and there is no purchase flow in the app or on this website. If paid plans are introduced on iOS, they will be sold only through Apple’s In-App Purchase, and Apple’s payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will apply, along with the price and plan details shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Your content

You retain all rights to the footage and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the editing features you request. We do not claim ownership of your videos. Louperkos does not use your content to train its models or intentionally submit it to a provider for model training.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don’t use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Tap Cut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend access to private-cloud features for violation of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and remove app-owned local data by deleting the app. Because the apps have no named user account, there is no account to delete; how the pseudonymous installation identity and related data are handled, and how to request deletion, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store

If you downloaded 1 Tap Cut from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Louperkos only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual-property claims. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
