Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Louperkos Investments Ltd (Cyprus company number HE 451009), which operates 1 Tap Cut under the KallosSoft developer brand. By downloading, accessing, or using 1 Tap Cut (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Using the service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use 1 Tap Cut. You’re responsible for the footage you import and the content you create, and for keeping your device and any API key you add to the app secure. The first Android release has no email/password user account; it creates an anonymous installation identity to authenticate private-cloud requests and associate usage with that installation.

Subscriptions and billing

The first Android release does not include a consumer subscription purchase flow. If paid plans are offered later, the price, renewal terms, cancellation method, and store-specific terms shown at purchase will apply. A third-party AI API key you choose to add uses that provider’s quota and billing.

Your content

You retain all rights to the footage and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the editing features you request. We do not claim ownership of your videos. Louperkos does not use your content to train its models or intentionally submit it to a provider for model training.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don’t use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Tap Cut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend access to private-cloud features for violation of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and remove app-owned local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling. The first Android release has no named account or in-app account-deletion control; anonymous identity and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
